As a Black American male who was born into an environment where my biological father was absent, raised on the west side of Chicago and who attends a Historically Black University (also known as an HBCU) I am totally against Black Lives Matter (BLM). The sentiments is overly obvious; of course Black lives matter, in fact any human life has an intrinsic value given (not by government or by a “social justice” group) but given by God. However, the organization (Black Lives Matter Inc.) and the surrounding infrastructure I do not (and in fact cannot) support.

November 3, 2020 is so far but yet so close. No matter the results it is a fact that President Donald Trump has done more for Black Americans since Abraham Lincoln. While on the surface this may seem to be an extreme claim it is, when one examines the facts, a truth that cannot be ignored. Yesterday it was assassination for Lincoln. Today, in the twenty-first century equivalent for Trump it’s their Russia hoax, impeachment sham, and Chinese COVID-19 obsessive lockdowns.

There is an awakening that many are trying to ignore but they can’t. Conservatism is experiencing a reshaping, a renaissance, a fresh resonance and in many ways a much needed revitalization. The championing cry is becoming; lets make conservatism great again!

Former NFL player Jack Brewer once raised campaign money for President Barack Obama, but now he’s among the increasing number of Black voters who support President Trump.
